A:Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We offer flexible self-check-in with key codes, and an on-site host is available if you need any assistance. Pro-tip - talk to our concierge team as they work with you for an early arrival or late checkout.

A:Yes, some of our cottages are pet-friendly! Look for the “pet-friendly” icon in the cottage description. An additional cleaning fee/deposit may apply for guests with pets. Feel free to contact us for pet-friendly recommendations.
